At Blackburn Law, PC, we guarantee quality customer service for every case. This means that when you work with us, you receive:
A Better Way
I've suffered through bad legal service, and firmly believe there is a better way to represent people. You deserve to talk to your lawyer - regularly. There are, of course, times when I cannot answer the phone, such as when I'm in court or with another client, but I check messages regularly throughout the day, and I'm often able to return your call within just a few minutes if I've missed you for some reason.
A Personal Approach
If you've been injured in a car, truck or motorcycle accident, or any other accident caused by another person's or company's negligence, give me a call. Chances are, I'll answer the phone, and we'll get your case moving forward.
Broad Range of Services
Blackburn Law handles all types of Idaho personal injury cases - from automobile accidents to dog attacks, bites or mauling, motorcycle accidents to tort claims against local, state or federal entities.

While working for one of the largest personal injury firms in Idaho, Stephen Blackburn learned that injury victims need more than an initial interview and a case manager. Recovering from serious injury takes time and effort, and Stephen Blackburn believes that his clients deserve a hands-on approach so they can focus on recovering, while he deals with the legal side of things.
In 2003, he opened Blackburn Law, with the goal of providing this personal care to Idaho residents. Accordingly, Mr. Blackburn has developed a policy and practice where he personally fields every phone call that comes into his office, personally meets with those who want to learn more about their rights, and continues thereafter to communicate on a regular basis with those who become clients.
Mr. Blackburn continues this practice today and enjoys the direct and regular contact he has with his clients. While there are occasions when Mr. Blackburn simply cannot answer the phone because he is either in court or with another client, you'll find his approach and "open door" policy refreshing.
Away from the office, Mr. Blackburn is married and has five children, with whom he enjoys exploring the Owyhee Desert on ATVs, geocaching, camping, fishing, shooting and most other forms of outdoor activity.
